CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings become fix only after our written confirmation.

In case you suddenly have to cancel your reservation please call us immediately and write us via post, via fax or via e-mail .

Here our general cancellation policy:

Until 22 days before arrival 
For every booked room you have to pay only an indemnity cost of €35. for operation costs.

Between 21 and 8 days before arrival 
For every booked room you have to pay the cost of the first night.

Between 7 and 1 day before arrival 
For every booked room you have to pay the cost of:
• 60% of the whole reservation for stays under three nights
• the first three nights for stays between three and seven nights.
• the first five nights for stays of more than seven nights.

On arrival day or in case of no-show 
For every booked room you have to pay the whole cost.

ATTENTION 
These conditions are valid also in case your cancelled room /s is/are going to be resold partly or for the entire period.
